1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking an expedition with African LOOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your place on an expedition, a deposit or full payment as specified in the booking process is required.

Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings. "Upon Request" pricing involves a custom quote based on current market rates and seasonality.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport and all required visas, permits, and vaccination certificates for all countries visited during the trip.

5. Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all African LOOM travelers. Your insurance should cover medical evacuation, personal injury, and trip cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

African LOOM acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by any of these entities or by acts of God.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland.
